The Phoenix School is a nonprofit child development program in Decatur, Georgia. I created a variety of materials for this pro bono client to help streamline the exchange of information between the school, families of students and families of prospective students.

Pro bono work to overhaul a parent handbook for a non-profit childcare center, including annual updates for five years. |

Phoenix School forms
Pro bono work to redesign 20+ forms, templates, directories, signage, etc. for a non-profit childcare program. The enrollment paperwork was reduced by more than 50% using more efficient forms. The new children’s activity forms are easier to fill out and contain more information for parents. The school can easily update and print these Microsoft Word documents. |

Phoenix School summer camp trifold
Overhaul an outdated black and white brochure to make it effective, fun and easy to read. Color photos replace clipart. The text was heavily edited, adding bulleted lists for quick reading. The brochures are printed directly from a desktop color printer. |
Phoenix School website
This website for a non-profit child-care center serves two purposes; recruit new families and keep current families up to date. The site is also practical; parents print out information and applications, so the school no longer mails out brochures or forms, which saves time and money. “It looks great and the content is perfect!!!!” |
